In multiplayer Elytra texture changes by other/nearby players and not by the cape player does have equipped (this happens even if the player has no cape, it's texture is not blank but like cape of another player)
(when is Elytra unequipped it works normally and player does have his equipped cape)
So when my first post where I mentioned this was flagged as duplicate because of its main topic, I'm creating a new one and now I

Android players on Android 12 or newer can't access game files because of some stupid files security change in Android 12. This
makes impossible creating and immediately testing Add-Ons, Fixing stuff that can be fixed only in game files, exporting worlds and RPs/BPs and many more things. I assume that only one who can fix it is you (by changing the game files directory (for example to one that was used before 1.18.0) or investigating in it and finding other solution)or Android developers themselves but I don't think they will. This problem makes game nearly unplayable in some ways, and it does break my heart that we are unable do many things we were able before.
I hope you find a way to solve/fix it and we'll all be happy again

i did, but I didnt manage to find it because it is who knows how old
when it will be finally fixed? it is really annoying
