Someone in a youTube comments section said it happened to them on Android (im not sure what version), so that would be worth checking out when fixing this bug.
I am not able to attatch screenshots because I can't transfer them onto my MacBook but i hope this description is good enough.

On kindle fire on ANY world or server, the fps is unplayable even with low render distance. Shooting bows barely works, (the arrows are very delayed), it takes 20 seconds to take damage, and when I break a block, it breaks, but the breaking animation doesn't play a

Chunk loading is also broken. Chunks barely load and a world takes 10 minutes to load

I would also like to note that many graphical glitches and even more lag came after the addition of the Renderdragon rendering system

I have had this happen on a world, and now I cannot get rid of it, I've tried everything.

This issue still affects the newest version, 1.19.0.
Can confirm, I also have this issue. I'm running OS X El Capitan on a mid 2009 Macbook Pro.

This bug has been incorrectly flagged as Resolved. This glitch still occurs and has not been fixed, I'm sure that most people haven't seen this page so they won't know the work-around for the bug.

I no longer play Minecraft on Kindle Fire (I recently purchased an iPad and I now use that instead) so I am unsure.
