My guess here would be that because all structures are now lowercase, the spawning of wither skeletons and blazes in those areas are impossible.
EDIT: Tested this on Underwater Monuments and a Nether Fortress and both yielded no guardian or skeleton spawns.
When a wolf flows down a water stream, and if the water stream isn't abrupted by anything like signs etc. after the wolf flows down. A shaking off sound will play but their lighting will be darker than normal.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a flowing water stream like the one I attached in the picture. Make sure it's a closed area.
- Get on top of the water stream and summon a tamed wolf using "/summon minecraft:wolf ~ ~ ~ {Owner:_PlayerName_}
"
- Let him flow all the way until the water stream ends. Don't block off the water stream to end shortly using signs etc.
- When the wolf gets to the end of the water stream, he will play a shaking off sound but the animation won't play and he will still be wet and appear darker than usual.

Wet tamed wolves which are sitting down don't update their lighting after flowing down a water stream and the shaking animation doesn't play

Can you explain the issue a bit more clearly and provide screenshots?
Accidentally changed the gamemode category to creative and took it back, sorry about that. The issue first happened to me on survival where I'm collecting most of the achievements. I don't think that this is intended because of the fact that the beacon can still give you effects.
Hmm. I haven't been able to reproduce this issue. Can you give steps to reproduce it if you can? More details about your system? I tried what you did in your video by the way. It also might be a client side thing.
I could confirm and replicate this on Windows 10.
Ok, this seems to be a duplicate of
MC-184740after doing a bit of backtracking in the tracker. The issue is a problem with the new structure names. From what I tested Pillager Outposts, Nether Fortress' and Witch Huts work while Monuments are exclusively broken. I have no idea if Bastion's have a piglin spawning rule so I haven't tested it.
Happens to me both on fast and fancy options. Probably a rendering issue.
I could reproduce the issue with all directions and it only applies to boats, when your hand starts going into the rowing animation is when the issue appears. If you weren't rowing before going off the boat the issue doesn't seem to appear.
Can confirm on Radeon R7 370.
The cloud image depends on how you are looking at clouds. If you go inside one and then turn it off, this will be the case.
Can confirm on a Radeon R7 370
I loaded in Pillager Outposts and Witch Hus in 20w21a too to see what happens and both of them gave spawns even though I'm not sure about witch since it might've been a random spawn by a slim chance since it was night when I tested it.
I couldn't replicate this issue on a:
AMD Radeon R7 370
i5 6500
8GB RAM
Windows 10 Pro
It also plays the arrow hits sound rather than playing the trident vibrates sound.
Ok, from more testing I realized 3 things
A 3x3 area where you jump in the middle would make you desync every time you try it. Any full blocks near the area and you can't replicate the bug. Here's an attachment to explain it better:
Still in 1.16.1 but it doesn't work on wolfs who aren't sitting.
The issue seems to have been fixed but I noticed that the water particles coming from the wolf are missing even if the wolf is standing up or down.
They seem to be missing in general
