When having multiple mobs on a looping minecart track, then getting multiple blocks away, they gather into a single block space while still looping around. Here is a clip of the issue: Minecraft-2024_04_14-08_25_22.mp4
How to recreate the issue:
- Put at least 6 mobs in minecarts onto a single looping minecart track
- Fly or run a 20-30 blocks away and wait
- Repeat step 2 around 3-5 times

I did think it had something to do with a chunk border, and it may be what is causing the issue. I also updated the link to the video so it is now working.
