The smart profanity filter is censoring several words on signs and books unnecessarily. Usually proper nouns. To reproduce the issue, start a realm, type the following onto a sign:
—
Lily of the ValleyWhite Dye
x1
—Then watch as the word Lily gets censored. Also if you type simply Lilly, (with two letter L's) the sign text will disappear.
As of 1.16, glass panes and walls now connect. This is a nice feature, but breaks builds that rely on the player's ability to fit in the space between a pane and a wall. It is also incredibly ugly when you use walls as columns or panes as railings, or both. As a general rule, panes should not connect on
threehorizontal sides unless connecting with other panes or solid blocks. One solution might be to allow the player to shift right-click to place walls, panes, fences, and iron bars that do not connect. We could even go a step further and say that if you shift right-click in a horizontal direction it specifies that the face you are looking at won't connect, and if you shift right-click in a vertical direction it leaves all connections as "none" or "false" as the case may be.
Here is an example using one of my builds:

After 1.16:

This can be fixed using the debug stick, however, no viable method currently exists to fix this issue in survival mode.

Snow accumulation on glass breaks skylights.
Lol... What? Is this an automated response? Light accumulating on glass is a bug, because it never did that before. It breaks things. Where was this mentioned in the updates?

The best solution might actually be to add an option to disable censorship altogether on Realms. The profanity filter is clearly broken. I tested this and it is ONLY happening on Realms, which makes sense. Try typing Lilly onto a sign and watch it disappear or type a multiline sign with Lily of the Valley as the top line and watch Lily become ####.
Also typing "Red Tulip Red Dye" onto a sign makes it blank.
Can we have a method to make that decision for ourselves in survival mode? Such as a shift-click or angled placement as with stairs and other objects?
Confirmed in 1.16.1
