Updated to 1.17.28951.0 and it is still doing the same!
EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU START THE GAME.... The robot voice kicks in with speech to text about first login screen setting.,.. and the Accessibility options screen is up. Turn off the voice to text.... save.,.. then you get the Microsoft Account Link notice. Skip the Link account prompt and find the account is still logged in fine.
