REALMS-11869My son and I play his shared realm via iPads and it was recently updated to 1.20.71. Starting yesterday, we have been unable to break a brick with the normal one-
button pushmethod. If either of us click the break button once, the brick will disappear for a fraction of a second and then re-appear. If we want to destroy a brick, we must hold the button down for roughly 1 second before the brink will be destroyed. This bug is on my son's account and my account when playing his shared realm.However, if he leaves his shared realm and goes to another world purchased on the marketplace, the single button push will destroy blocks. If I go to my own world, I can also destroy bricks with a single button click. I do not have to hold the button down for 1 second before the brick is destroyed.

My son and I have the same issue in his realm. If we go to our own worlds or one purchased on the marketplace, we can break blocks without any issues.
Our issue still appears to be unassigned. This is such an annoying bug. Any idea how long it typically takes for something like this to be resolved?
1.21 didn’t fix my issue. Still the same problem. I confirmed I’m using 1.21.0. Am I missing something?
Can another user chime in to let me know if the issue is fixed for them? It’s my son’s realm and the fix did not work for either of us on our iPads after updating to 1.21.
The "delayed block breaking" option does not appear under the "touch" settings when I go into the Realm using my son's profile or mine. I have confirmed the Realm is in Creative mode.
In prevision version, I was able to locate and toggle the "Delayed Block Breaking (Creative Only)" button but it no longer appears in 1.21. The attached video shows his Realm in Creative mode and that the Touch options no longer show the delayed block breaking. Am I missing something?
