similar bug with furnaces also shows them in the on and off state. sadly dont know how to put a picture in here
This also effect similar dropper elevators (silent) because they also rely on the prinziple of multiple blocks getting powered at the same time so if this dosen`t get "fixed" it will be way harder to make silent dropper elevators as far is i know.
i would consider this a feature not a bug because it helps you when building stuff
for me it was in survival single player
