i have that same pc, and same issue, there is no problems with minecraft, they added much more entites, textures and FOV modes, which cause this to happen, my laptop is trash just like this, its hp 2760p, dont let minecraft fool u, nono, minecraft isnt a low-end pc game, i recommend you to play minecraft with: gtx 1080, optifine, 16gb memory system, 8gb allocated & amd ryzen 7 2700x cpu, yes its pretty expensive, but for a better minecraft experience, you need this custom pc to play, otherwise you cant, and there is no way to fix it, yes, this might be happened also, maybe your driver was updated and turn your gaming experience to disaster. my idea is trash that pc, it didn't good for at least for a home work, it just trash as my laptop, its disaster, just buy a good pc or good laptop, intel hd 3000 is for 2009s. its old tough.
Are You Added At Least 6GB Memory To Your Minecraft? (-Xms & -Xmx)
If No, You Must Add it In Launcher.
Try Using Optifine Client With VBO's Enabled.
Disable Entity Shadows.
Set Particles To Minimal
Also Check Your Graphics Driver (In Windows & Linux "If you have linux you must install nvidia graphics driver with add-on repository otherwise it won't work.")
Disable V-Sync
You have overloaded minecraft map position.
set your DNS Servers With:
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
hello dear reporter, this problem cause when you have updated your java, and this can't detect your opengl driver. try to delete any java versions you have and install latest update java 8, this should fix your problem, if it dosen't work, try to reinstall your graphics crad driver, if this dosen't work, chat me in comments, maybe i can help you with team viewer.
sounds like you are using a texture pack and this is not a bug
