AC4 do you have any non-vanilla texture packs installed or any other mods that affect texture packs? 0.15.0 changed how texture packs are identified, so this could be a source of your problem.
I got the update and I STILL can't enchant my fishing rod on my phone.

It is supposed to do that. They can't be crafted in survival. They are decoration blocks now

Can confirm on B&N Nook HD+ and is seriously annoying. I fell into a lava pit cuz I thought it would catch on fire once I hit it.

Since this is Windows 10 beta I do not have any non vanilla texture packs or mods installed. This is completely vanilla.
