Changed Description:
If you do /summon or create a firework with a trail, you are not show the trail when the firework is launched. (Tested the command and firework in 1.7.10, and it worked fine).
Also, when you place beacons down. You cant see the beacon light shooting up into the sky when your head is above 90 degrees with the ground.

This has only happened looking east. I have checked the other 3 directions and those do not produce the error.
I did use search and I found no duplicates. I will split up the bugs on seperate tickets
