Cleaned out the entire modified launcher. It was fully cleaned out; .minecraft folder and launcher deleted. Completely rebuilt a vanilla-only installation. It installed Java 11 as it was supposed to. Java 8 remained. Launched launcher, it came up. Launched Minecraft 1.12.2; it loaded and crashed. What was previously reported is still true and accurate for a vanilla installation. MC version 1.12.2 crashed when trying to launch. Please look closely, identify and resolve.

Issue confirmed on full vanilla installation. Problem persists as previously described. Latest log attached.
The crash notification I encounter disagrees. No matter. I'm using an older launch that does work.

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.

I followed this instruction to the letter. It is clearly and plainly not a duplicate.
I launched with ONLY java 8. It continued to crash.
The issue is confirmed and, summarily, ignored.
No matter.
