I don't think it comes from my machine (it happens for other users too), and this is a map on a private build server, so no farm or things like this. In spectator, there is nothing underneath the ground.

Happens for me as well. I have tested x360ce as a workaround, but still nothing :/

The issue is no longer happening with version 2.29.15-1.12.5 on Linux Mint 21.3 Cinnamon at 125% or 200%.
Can confirm in 1.21.1.
