When using the /give command to create spawn eggs for villagers or any other animal, all I get is the generic white "Spawn" egg.
Example: (for villager)
/give Slydeminecraft:spawn_egg 64 120When I load an older game where I have multiple types of spawn eggs in my inventory they all work as expected, but using /give only gives the generic eggs, even in the older world. I tried this under all Difficulty modes.
The /give command works fine for other objects, it appears only spawn eggs are affected.

Windows 8.1; game is Survival with Cheats ON. Difficulty Mode is Normal. The world was created with version 15w33c but the problem persists

Great! That works. I couldn't find any notice that the command changed.
Thanks for the fast response!
