Why does it say that this is minor? It is preventing me from playing minecraft ,1 of my favorite games.

Why does it say this is a duplication this is nothing like that other bug?
Apparently this is the same as my glitch , which whenever I reload anything I recently placed will be gone , and everything I recently destroyed will be back , but mine was on creative mode.
A mod told me that it was the same.
But mine was blocks that were placed , not items in the invetory
