My cape is also gone from the cape selection page, two of my characters still have it on their backs, It's gone from both PC and Nintendo Switch versions of the game, I hope this gets fixed.
I have been getting this recently on every version of the game, multiple Corsair mice tested including the official Apple Magic Mouse. When the mouse is in motion in any menu, upon returning the view snaps as if it was moved by the mouse location, there is a 5-10% chance the mouse will not center when returning to the inventory after this happens.
