This is still an issue for me with server version 20w14a. If I downgrade the server snapshot to 20w13b it does work. Using 20w16a gives me the same error.

I tried a couple versions of java and got the exact same error:

Having similar issues with just 2 players on the realm. This is especially noticeable with the elytra, chunks fail to render and you can see through the surface. The random deaths while using elytra because I flew into an unloaded mountain is extremely frustrating. It is getting to the point of unusable.
It would be nice if we could at least get some feedback on this. I am paying for 2 realms, The one I play on is nearly impossible to fly with an elytra, and the block lag is extremely frustrating. It looks like I will also have to cancel myu realm and move to locally hosted. I would run a server here at the house, but I play with my kids and one of them only has an xbox. Kinda just screwed all the way around. It's really unfortunate, we love playing.
