If you run from the stairs and back, it can go all the way up and you can unlock it.
This is a duplicate of MC-145330 which you can test if you add obsidian to the tag. If the Wither breaks the obsidian, then this can stay open.
Does the tag actually do anything then? If you for example added obsidian to it, would the wither destroy it same as usual?
