Pressing the use key (or right-click for most players) while holding a bundle causes items to drop on the ground; However, if there are no items stored inside the bundle, the bundle still tries to drop its content on the ground anyways.
This means that the bundle will slow you down if you try to hold the use button while holding it. This should be fixed because it is inconsistent with other use mechanics.
This was tested in 1.21.2 Pre-Release
