When the crosshair is onscreen, a distracting white line with a green or purple pixel at the center appears underneath the crosshair.
Especially noticeable when playing with a controller and the crosshair remains on at all times.

When the crosshair is onscreen, a distracting white line with a green or purple pixel at the center appears underneath the crosshair.
Especially noticeable when playing with a controller and the crosshair remains on at all times.
The problems seems to be resolved on the iPad Pro but is now appearing in my iPhone 6s Plus

I can confirm. Just happened to me. Was on Airplane mode and both my Fallout and Chinese Mythology new world templates were locked, even though they were purchased and perviously downloaded. I had to wait to get back on cellular before it would unlock.
