Hey [Mod] Tails,
I have since restarted Minecraft, and tried playing in different worlds, and it is impossible to middle click. I'm sure the mouse works as other applications are able to recognise this.
Also, Middle-Click does work in the creative inventory.
Hope there's a solution
Update: It happens that I had to middle click a block i already had to solve this issue.

I think i should specify that the default game type is survival for that world
When it happened to me, I did these two events quite quickly next to each other. The non real sign once placed will first have the look of a sign for less than a second, but will then turn into stone.
This has happened to me twice already.
F3+C didn't crash minecraft, I think this is due to the fact that I can still type in the chat box.
This issue is replicable, as I can readily go to the end and this will happen.
Also, even though it has become daytime, I am unable to leave the bed. I have to quit minecraft by using (Command+Q)
Sure does happen. Texture is still regular chest.
