This isn't a bug, this is something that Jeb fixed. Or else you would have to build your rails again and again.
I can't seem to find any bugs... Please make it more clear.
The horse is still in beta form. They will fix this in the very near future.
I think I see the problem... Maybe. Your theme is windows basic, and that can mess things up sometimes.

You just need to log out and log back in.
Tested it in 1.6.1, still here.
Weird, it suddenly doesn't happen anymore... It just got an update, maybe that fixed it?

It seems like maps are never centered perfectly. This should really get fixed, it's kind of annoying.
If anything, the problem seems to have gotten worse. Now when I exit fullscreen, not only does the window resize to the default resolution, but it also disables the ability to maximize again. This can only be fixed by restarting the client in windowed mode. I'll check out if the problem is resolved in the newest snapshot later.
