Can confirm I've gotten this too. I believe Luck of the Sea is the culprit. Got 2 guilded items like this with the unique trait yet they're guilded rares. Uploaded screenshots
Steps that I did to reproduce:
Run ancient hunt/find ancient mob room.
Equip armor with Luck of the Sea enchant (I maxed this out)
Kill ancient mob, gear with unique tag drops.
Expected:
Unique gear is actually a true unique variant of the base item (the slicer or azure seeker for the crossbow, Titan's shroud for dark armor)
What happened:
Guilded rare dropped with unique tag, not a true unique.
