I think you should give more information, like which biome you were in, if you have optifine installed, etc. and you should also check if your in-game settings changed due to updating. Maybe the graphics went from fast to fancy and that's why the grass color changed?
I think that second issue you mentioned with placing many side by side is actually because dark oak trees don't grow if there are leaves above them. I can't say anything about the first issue you mentioned.
Oh I get what you're saying now, so they don't grow with anything above them but if leaves appear and then are broken they suddenly grow? That's a weird bug
Did you trade with that villager at any point before breaking the workstation? Because if you did they won't change their profession, otherwise this is a bug
@Chandler Still doesn't switch to creative. I can even go change the superflat preset and whatever and nothing changes. Are you sure this happens in 20w17a?

Pretty sure you're just getting unlucky. I'm having trouble in a 1.15.2 world. This is just based on luck.
If it was with optifine then the issue should really get removed by somebody v-v
Doesn't work for me either.
1. Check your keybinds
2. Check for issues with your mouse
3. Restart your computer

I don't think this is a bug, if ruined portals generate under lava then the chest will be submerged too, it's just how it works
Happened to me too. You have to change the health again in order for it to work, but the hearts are still visible like you showed.

I think if it says unable to connect to server that means either the internet isn't working or the server isn't set up properly.
Tried it in the snapshot and zombies were acting normally :/

I attached an image showing the blocks that say "Inventory" and the ones that don't.
Smithing tables and anvils are the only exceptions. Even minecart chests and minecart hoppers say "Inventory".
EDIT: Horse, mule, and donkey UIs all say "Inventory" too.

This doesn't happen to me. It stays how I selected it. I tried pressing ESC and clicking done, I never could reproduce this bug.

This issue was fixed in one of the snapshots, it doesn't happen in 20w17a.
Not only does it give you full heart instead of a half, but if you take half a heart of damage you can't regenerate to a full heart. Weird bug.
