It is Windows 11 version, I use same MS account logged xbox&store which up-to-date, I am sure there are enough free space, I have reinstall the launcher several time, there is not .minecraft folder because I cant even open the launcher
There are two version Launcher in minecraft.net, frist is win10/11 and not work because it just lead to UWP version, the second one is traditional installer, I tried, it work, so there should have some problem in UWP version

I found when I install the Launcher in C drive, it cant be open, and if install to other drive, it can run
