I already updated to the newest bug fix update. (0.12.2.0)
Whenever I reopen a world I found that my tamed wolves are stuck in a sitting position. I have tried right clicking them with an item in my hand, no item in my hand, punching them, reopening Minecraft Windows 10 Edition, and reopening my world, however with no luck. My wolves were never in a sitting position when I closed my world, additionally it does not seem to affect tamed wolves in unloaded chunks. This has happened twice now at two different times.
Attaching a screenshot would be a bit silly as a picture of a sitting dog won't really show my issue, additionally I can't really record a video as the maximum file upload size is capped off at 10.00MB.

Players on my Realms server join as Visitors (unless I op them, which I don't want to do), I then log in, and change their Visitor permission level to Member. After a random amount of time, the player automatically changes back to Visitor. They have changed to Visitor three times while logged in (they don't get kicked), and logged back in to find themselves as a Visitor.
Same happens to me as well. Block items show on the sides when in the item frame, "flat" items (when placed into an item frame) disappear completely, but they're still there since the new comparator feature confirms it.
Ah ok, didn't think I was allowed to add links to external websites. Will do.
I can confirm that this is happening. Not sure if sheared and then placed vines have the same issue though.
