After updating Minecraft to version 1.21.21, Bedrock players who join Realms cannot regenerate to full health, but only to 19 health (9.5 hearts.)
It is possible to lose health and regenerate, but you cannot get 20 health (10 hearts.)

No. A 3-year-old pure survival realm. Has been an issue since we upgraded to 1.19.50
Mojang Studios is already aware of this issue, so I would consider this issue invalid. Because I am not an employee I cannot close this issue.
This issue can be closed. Mojang probably doesn't have any intention to bring this command back into the game, and /transfer exists with Bedrock Dedicated Server
