I can't see the last line, when I am writing on a sign, because the last line is behind my keyboard. I don't know, what I'm writing.
NOTE : It's also in 0.12.1 Beta 5, but I can't select this.
How you see this :
1. Go in a world or create a new one.
2. Place a sign and write.
3. You will see, that you can't see the last line.

I exspected that the comparator' back is shining AND the comparator makes a Redstone signal.
I saw the comparator was not activated, even the a redstone-signal at his back taken forward, not as a comparator should work!
How to reproduce:
1. Place a comparator
2. Place a redstone-power-source at his back

Fixed in Build 5.
I updated the description for detector rails only, as I tested it with other power sources myself and the comparator worked as it should work. So the problem is only with detector rails.
I updated the description to correct some grammar and spelling errors to prevent misunderstandings. Also I have added some labels.
