4. then I died once and respawn like nothing happend, then I restart 3 times and died 3 times, When the effect is gone the bug finished
5. My body is in Death position !

The game crash on the death screen
I give me an item that gives me a lot of max health,
I apply Instant Health while holding the item (it will fake hurt me but that is not the point of this report), it will show me a fake death screen if I stop holding the item.
When I am full life, I remove the Instant Health effect, and then I remove the item from my hand, and finally apply poison, it will give me a fake death screen.The item i used :

Poison/ instant Healthfake death
I give me an item that gives me a lot of max health,
I apply Instant Health while holding the item (it will fake hurt me but that is not the point of this report)
