Update- I did accidently tp INSIDE the block- But in this clip here where I discover my mistake, At 1:48 I find another bug

I did not switch dimension- I was just building stuff in the sky (Void superflat worldtype)
Yes, I tested it and it worked today, when was that report made? Mine was made on 30th January 2016
You still fall through
I was able to teleport onto wooden planks, then I changed the block to grass path and the next time I teleported there I fell through
