Bedrock reloading resources when joining a no resource pack
Steps to reproduce:
- Join a singleplayer world with no resource packs on the world
- Leave the world
- Reloads resource pack
This also applies to servers (I tested on a Java server with crossplay software, which doesn't use resource packs)

I have shared some attachments below
Bedrock reloading resources when joining a no resource pack server or world. It is pretty annoying when I try joining and my phone spends a couple of seconds to reload resources, which is very hard compared to Java as it just leaves, and doesn't do more. Here is a fix I thought might be the issue: If you use a system where Minecraft unloads title screen assets when in a world, I recommend to remove it to fix this issue

As he said, any modified servers don't effect chat until you add plugins or such. It's prob not the modifications.
