YESSSSSS. This needs to be fixed. After I updated my Minecraft I have also been experiencing these villager problems. I play on a realm and it is also experiencing this bug.
After I updated to 1.16.100 I also found this out. This NEEDS to be fixed

My villagers also despawn when they are pushed out of their beds, sometimes the game just randomly pushes them through blocks to 100s of blocks away. This NEEDS to be fixed!!!

I also expected the villager prices to line up with Java when I updated, but I am still mad about the deals being completely lost.
This is back in 1.16.100!!!
I play on Bedrock IOS and when I played items in a chest and logged out, they disappeared! It was 3 full shulker boxes of sand, that took me 4 hours to get.
