Of course! Well in pocket edition survival mode when you try to release a torch, the green progress bar appears, when it reaches the top of the icon, the torch is released. When in creative, it does the same thing even if you haven't touched it, the green progress bar just stays at the bottom of the icon, and goes up, and down repeatedly.
I was playing on 0.7.1 and a client message came up, after a while it disappeared. I updated to 0.7.2 and had the same client message come up, after about ten seconds it didn't disappear until I exited out of the game and closed the app. I also played with a friend and he sent me a message, it wouldn't disappear either.

That is not a bug, those two torches are for torches made by Charcoal, and regular Coal.

Never mind, it was not a bug on the game but a bug on my ipod. I just re-downloaded the game and it fixed it. I wasn't playing on realms either.
This wasn't fixed after it was proclaimed to be.
No, it's kind of hard to explain, they are visible, but you can place blocks on them, and walk through them, you also can't open them.
