Yes, fresh install. No extra packs of any kind installed at all.
Unsure if it's related since there are no server health logs at all, but my server does experience significant intermittent lag even though processor/RAM util is quite low.
Any way at all I can get access to some basic logging of the bedrock server process? Or maybe a hidden debug log level flag I can enable temporarily to get you more information?
I experienced this last week on v1.19.40.2. Documentation says this affects "new" players, so maybe players who had already joined the server before aren't affected by the changing of the default permission?

Can confirm this occurs on localhost servers.
