MC-65164Toggled Daylight Sensor doesn't allow copying in Creative mode.
When trying to middle-click to copy a block on a toggled Daylight sensor (aka inverted daylight sensor, nighttime sensor etc.) it will not allow you to copy the block until re-toggled to default block state.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place Daylight Sensor Redstone Component.
2. Toggle to Night-light (Moonlight?) Sensor mode.
3. Attempt to clone block.
4.Will not successfully clone.Toggled Daylight Sensor doesn't allow copying in Creative mode.
