On my server, upon exploring a Jungle that had already been generated, the world froze. Upon re logging, I was in the same place I was when the world froze. The server only crashes upon me stopping the server. Thinking it was a server error, I put the world in single player and the same issue occured. I've tried to recreate this bug but have failed to do so.
A video of the issue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8XmSu_I08SI&feature=youtu.be
Edit: Just realised the game froze once I created a map (the one in my hotbar)
I discovered an Iron Ore Vein that only spans around the size of one chunk. (Iron Ore Veins are supposed to span many blocks and contain many blocks of ore)

/execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s -290.49 -36.63 128.58 401.53 57.42

I have no clue about coding but what if potion effects didn't range from 0 to 256 and rather ranged from -128 to 128? Could that help?
This doesn't work in 1.11.2
I literally did a 5 hour afk fishing session today on 1.13 pre-1 with the same fishing rod and received all of those items. Just unlucky.
I do; https://we.tl/TtjcaTGof4
Got fixed in Pre-release 3, thank you
Still in 1.13.2. I have part of a Jungle that spans hundreds of blocks riddled with this
Also having this issue
This is intentional.
I managed to get a Strider to float in 20w13b using a Lead but I'm struggling to re-create it. But in 20w14a - you can get a Strider to float by getting a Zoglin to attack it:

I feel like this is a design choice. It's sticking to the skin
How is this a feature request or suggestion??
It really isn't. I'm pretty adamant ore veins aren't meant to be this small. Typical ore veins can house around a thousand ore blocks - at the very least - a couple of hundred. This one had less than 15.
I wish to retract this bug report as I may have simply not deleted enough of the terrain to encourage new terrain to take its place
