Changed Description:
When we copy the NBT (CTRL+Midle Mouse) of an Item Frame the game copy only the item in.
So, We can't copy an item frame with an item in.

The problem is the hit box of the item is bigger than the Item Frame.

I searched this "bug" before posting this issue and i had not found. i think i don't looked at because he say "on the ground".

This can be very usefull to know the number of players with the output power of a command block.
And, if we put negative number to cm (for example cm=-10), the command take the C limit without the first 10 (-cm) players.
With command like this /testfor @a[c=10], @a[c=10,cm=-10], /testfor @a[c=10,cm=-20], ...
And a circuit like this :
[C] = Command block ; — RedStone ; [R] = Comparator
[C][R] ----- 10 ----- [C][R] ----- 10 ----- [C][R] ----- 10 -----
The distance of the redstone is the number of players
Not a duplicate, i think is just a Hit box problem with item in the item frame.
