No I didn't, I was about to and then I saw your issue.
I played the 13w16a update on the day it was released, came on today to try the 13w16b and it won't load
Also using a new .minecraft folder won't let me install 13w16a any more either.

Hopefully this gets fixed soon, 13w17a should be out soon and I would like to try it
This should be working fully now, Dinnerbone tweeted saying it was resolved
