It could be an easy fix however, It's important that this gets resolved for the benefit of the community not just me.
When I try to Run Minecraft Java 1.16.3 (latest edition) It boots up the Mojang loading screen and the it freezes and says "not responding" at around 75-95% on the loading bar. it seems to only do this for the latest version, I've successfully run it on version 1.2.1.

-Unable to render embedded object: File (UPDATE) not found. I've resolved this issue, you have to:
1.Start Minecraft.
2.When Minecraft fails to load, open Task Manager (you can access Task Manager by Right-Clicking on your Task Bar.
3.Find Minecraft Launcher in Task Manager (there may be more than one).
4.End Task Minecraft Launcher(s)
The Game Should continue loading and start as usual.
Java Version 1.16.3. "Not Responding" (Device Is Windows 10) (FIXED)
I just realized this is probably no bug, but if anyone knows how to fix this issue I would be thankful.
This IS still an issue! I've found out how to fix the issue! All you have to do is end task on Minecraft Launcher on Task Manager. Minecraft should resume loading! This is the silliest excuse of an issue I've ever seen, I'm pretty sure this still fits in the category of "bug".
is there such thing as task manager on mac/IOS? If there is then when you get a notification, try finding Minecraft launcher (there might be more than one) and try ending task on one of them. The game should resume loading, just like mine
P.S. I use windows so i don't know to much about mac and IOS.
