So I almost always use OptiFine and for some reason lately when I do I cannot sprint. This is effecting every version sadly I cannot find anything to show what buttons I press so if there is a fix plz tell me. Edit: This issue has been resolved, see comments for the solution XD.

So I was playing the tower, and I was on the 6th floor and threw a TNT. When it exploded the entire screen turned black except the toolbar. I couldn't do anything and when I clicked a button it didn't do anything. Just for clarification I play on the steam version of the game with all DLC's installed.
