When you go in the sky and you have a potion effect, You drink milk to stop it, but it will freeze on 00:00
Its really weird and its buggy and the milk sounds weird too... (Also this occurrs on any version i think)

This is so weird, This may even occur on any version :O
Someone please fix this bug
Unable to reproduce the bug, I've tried it multiple times with different potion effects and it seems to clear it out perfectly fine. Are you playing 1.9 in a world that has been previously loaded in 1.8? or has it been corrupted before?
The environment is supposed to only contain pc details.
I've seen this reported before, but I can't find the ticket.
this goes in the any verison of minecraft probably... :B
and yes I'm in 1.9.2 and I also had lots of similar problems with the other versions...
D; this is one of the worst bugs I found, And also my pc is slow too
its a big problem with levitation
I know this is the cause of the issue, the (internal) server runs behind and doesn't get rid of the effect when the client says 00:00.
I know that because my own server runs behind as well and see the same effect. getting rid of all the server lag makes it function fine.
In other words, your game is internally lagging.

I rather meant the commands you used in Minecraft, but like user-f2760 said this is very likely caused by lag
