MC-92?Don't think so, that's about the lighting in the slabs and stairs themselves, the reported does use slabs, the light just won't go fully trough it.

So this is the exact opposite of
MC-92, where the lighting on slabs in a room is dark while this is light on slabs.Not really, this is about the slabs not letting light trough, even if it's supposed to be able to go trough.
MC-92is about the slabs being darkened when lit and surrounded by other blocks.hey but minecraft pe is not.mcpe slabs letting light
MCPE and MCPC are different games, and aren't syncronised (yet)
