MC-103392Chunks aren't loading
When moving in my world and exploring new chunks and already previously loaded chunks, they wouldn't load but would keep their physics. Was playing on 1.8.9 and this didn't happen, playing 1.10, this keeps happening

i have a similar issue, but when i get near the chunk all other chunks keep flashing, also, try to press F3+A multiple times, most of the times it works, but sometimes u need to break a block inside the chunk for it to load
