MC-113913Specific Volume adjustment bars broken.
For some reason in the "Music & Sound options" the individual volume adjustments don't work. meaning. if i turn the music volume to 0/off the music is still blasting in my ears. the master volume is the only one that seems to work.
I'm not sure if this is a just me problem. it would be nice to know.
Environment
W-10, intel i7 6th gen, nvidia GTX 960m, 8GB DDR4.
Java Version 8 Update 121, (tried old and new launcher, doesn't make a difference)

Does it happen with all music/sounds?
For me "Music" "Weather" seem to be broken. however blocks works. just retesting it now, and it appears that its really only music and weather are a problem. if i turn down my music nothing happens till the song is over.
Tested in Pre 5 and it worked fine there. Can you still reproduce the issue in Pre release 5?
