MC-119196Giant do not rotate by using tp command
Giant don't rotate when using "tp" command like "/tp @e[type=giant] ~ ~ ~ ~90 ~" and "/tp @e[type=giant] ~ ~ ~ 90 ~" as if the command cannot work,but It turned when reloading the map.
