Future Version is mean't for if a bug will get fixed in the future.
Put versions in the place of Future Version and know this is a duplicate.
You should probably change the version or you will get warned by the admin.

I'm not sure what this means. A search for cactus green issues didn't come up with anything but people confused they couldn't craft it. And I'm not playing version 1.12, but a snapshot of the version 1.13, and it won't take snapshots as valid, what was I supposed to do? So, is this a bug and will it be fixed?
Actually, a search for cactus green comes up with 31 tickets, including this one.
Add the snapshot you're playing on. 1.13 has not yet been released. Snapshots (18w15a, or 18w16a) have been.
We only accept reports for the latest release (1.12.2) and the latest snapshot (18w16a at the moment) though, because bugs in older versions might be fixed already.
