Buffet worlds: Nether or End biomes don't use their respective materials. Or grass. Just stone.
If you select any biome that is not from the Overworld, you basically have its structures placed on a world of natural stone. No dirt, no netherrack, no lava lakes... The End ones do have small chunks of End Stone, but no Chorus trees.
