World generation creates trees with cut off treetops
After creating a new world I noticed that some of the trees have only half the treetop, with the other half of it seemingly getting cut off at the chunk boundary.

As to the bug, this is a genuine bug, but has already been reported in MC-131982 and was closed as a duplicate of MC-125007.
