MC-137239Fullscreen Failure
Trying to exit Fullscreen Mode by pressing F11 causes Minecraft to freeze. The only way to unfreeze it is to press F11 again, but it will stay in Fullscreen Mode. This also occurs when you toggle Fullscreen Mode from the Video Settings, but since Minecraft is frozen you can only unfreeze it by pressing F11.

This is also happening to me. I have to go to press CTRL, ALT and DEL to go to the task manager option

Plus almost 5 years old graphics driver.
I just updated Java to latest version and it fixed everything. That was the problem. We just got internet for the first time which is why I didn't know.
