When you open a world created in a previous version. Dogs that are already sitting will not stand up.
To reproduce:
1. Create a world in an older version and tame a dog
2. Open world in the latest snapshot.

You can feed the dogs, hit and kill the dogs. They will not attack mobs that hurt you.
Can people make their titles of report easier to find so people who want to submit a report know they're not making a duplicate.
